Huhtamaki NZ Barista Championship Workshop

This workshop is essential preparation for the Huhtamaki New Zealand Barista Championship. It will assist both baristas & judges. You will learn more in this one day workshop than you ever could from working alone.

The day includes:

1. Coffee knowledge written test
2. WBC rules & regulations, sensory & technical scoresheets written test
3. Coffee quality presentation & tasting presented by Stuart Hargie, NZ's only certified Q grader, Stuart was on the sensory panel of both 2010 & 2011 World Barista Championship finals
4. Technical presentation & practical run through presented by David Green, WBC Certified technical judge, David judged at the semi-finals of the 2011 World Barista Championship
5. Sensory presentation & practical run through presented by Jessica Godfrey, WBC Certified sensory judge, Jessica judged the final of the World Barista Championship 2010

Barista Champion is the most prestigious title in coffee. This year's NZ Barista Champion will compete at the World Barista Championship held in Vienna, Austria, 12-15 June.
